Room hire starts from £220 per session (half day) for the Malala Room, up to £1,317 for a full day in the Conference Hall. No VAT is charged on room hire. You can find a specific rate for each space on its individual page, or request a quote for your event.
Yes. Mary Sumner House offers a tiered charitable discount for registered UK charities. Include your charity number when you enquire, and we’ll confirm the applicable rate.
Rooms come with a wall-mounted display screen, flexible seating arrangements, and on-the-day support from the venue. The Conference Hall includes a projector, screen, PA system, lectern and lectern microphone. Additional AV packages are available if needed.
For meetings on the first and second floors, we offer unlimited tea, coffee, biscuits, and water at £6 per person. Complimentary water is provided where no refreshments have been ordered.
For the first and second-floor meeting rooms, external caterers are to be used for catering/lunches. For the Conference Hall, external caterers are to be used for refreshments and catering. We can also recommend suppliers from our trusted network.
Mary Sumner House offers assisted wheelchair access (Access Category 2) and access for delegates with mobility issues (Access Category 3).
Mary Sumner House has ramp access at street level and a lift serving the lower ground, ground, first, and second floors. A stairlift provides wheelchair access to the Conference Hall on the lower ground floor. Accessible toilets are located on the second and fourth floors. If you have specific access requirements, get in touch, and we’ll talk you through them.
